  • Until Jul 31st, Preparation phase: Choose what to play, how to play it, and practice as much as you want.
  • From Aug 1st 'till Sep 6th, Enrollment phase: Record and submit your video to join the contest.
  • From Sep 7th 'till Sep 20th, Voting phase: Listen to other's videos and give medals to your very own "Top 3".
  • On Sep 21st, Results time: Every participants' total scores are published, and rewards are shipped to the winners.

    A small regrouping of this awesome song's riffs. James' solo is very cool too, but i'm more into rhythms. Used my ESP Eclipse loaded with EMG 57/66 (24V) on the Neural Mk2C+ plugin.

    The riff is the last minute or so if "Carpe Diem Baby." My guitar is a cheap chinese knockoff of a JH-1 "Hot Rod" ESP Flying Vee. It is bone stock with knockoff EMG's. My amp is a Line 6 Spider II with a Boss MD-2 Distortion pedal.

    I used my Jackson Monark with two EMG 60s tuned to D# like the original. I discovered this album when it came out; it's not my favorite, but it still has some good gems. Wishing you happy listening.
