The Code
We mosh hard, but we help each other up. To keep RIFF LIFE the sanctuary for every Metallica fan, we follow a simple code. We are a family-like community, and friendship/respect are our key values.
The Code of Conduct
- Respect the Family: We are all here for the music. Treat every Riffer with respect, regardless of their skill level. Beginners and shredders are equal in the pit.
- Constructive Criticism Only: Trash talk has no place here. If you offer feedback, make it helpful. We raise each other up.
- Celebrate Diversity: From acoustic covers to full band shredding, from '83 thrash to '23 grooves, every style is welcome.
Copyright & Content
- Credit Sources: If you use a backing track or cover another fan's arrangement, give them a shout-out.
- No Piracy: We respect Metallica's rights. Do not upload official studio tracks or pirated content.
- Clean Content: Keep it about the music. No hate speech, no politics, no spam. Just pure metal.
